VI, sec. 81; and ch. 139, sec. 1. -- Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 4. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was amended in Acts 1980, ch. 119, § 6 and repealed in Acts 1980, ch. 135, § 35. The latter, being the later enactment, prevails.
