211.980 Authorization to issue administrative regulations -- Hearings. The secretary shall promulgate administrative regulations pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 13A dealing with vehicle tank and equipment requirements; conduct of business; approval of disposal or treatment sites and methods; inspection and administrative enforcement procedures, including suspension or revocation of licensing; injunctive action; and any other matters deemed necessary to protect public health and the environment. Any administrative hearing conducted under authority of this section shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky.
