211.672 Definitions for KRS 211.672 to 211.678. As used in KRS 211.672 to 211.678, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) (2) (3) (4) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department for Public Health; "Department" means the Department for Public Health; and "Secretary" means the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
