194A.120 Bodies attached to cabinet with statutory authority to issue administrative regulations. The Office for Children with Special Health Care Needs and the State Interagency Council for Services and Support to Children and Transition-Age Youth shall be the only statutory bodies attached to the cabinet that shall have the authority to issue administrative regulations.
