183.080 Air traffic rules. The cabinet may promulgate air traffic rules applicable to the operation of aircraft within the state, but the rules shall be in conformity with the air traffic rules adopted by the Federal Aviation Administration as nearly as possible. The cabinet may also promulgate such other rules, not in conflict with the Federal Aviation Administration regulations necessary for safe, adequate, and convenient operation of airports, air navigation, air transportation, and all matters relating to said functions.
