164A.815 Records -- Reports. Records shall be maintained for all receipts and disbursements from the fund and an annual audit of the transactions shall be conducted as part of the University of Kentucky annual audit at the end of each fiscal year. A quarterly financial report shall be prepared by the trustees and a copy of this report shall be submitted to the executive director of the Legislative Research Commission and to the Governor.
