164.028 Office of Professional Education Preparation Programs. There shall be established in the Council on Postsecondary Education an Office of Professional Education Preparation Programs. The office shall have as its principal responsibility the coordination, development, and implementation, through appropriate means, of educational activities directed toward solving the problem of professional manpower distribution in the Commonwealth. For the purposes of KRS 164.028 to 164.029, the words "profession" and "professional" mean medicine and dentistry. Effective: May 30, 1997 History: Amended 1997 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
