14.318 Administrative regulations to be promulgated by State Board of Elections and Secretary of State to implement KRS 14.300 to 14.318. (1) The State Board of Elections may promulgate administrative regulations to implement KRS 14.312 and 117.085. (2) The Secretary of State may promulgate administrative regulations to implement KRS 14.300 to 14.310, 14.314, and 14.316. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Created 2013 Ky.
