131.041 Short title. The provisions of KRS 131.041 to 131.081 shall be known and may be cited as the "Kentucky Taxpayers' Bill of Rights." Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 8, effective July 13, 1990.
