100.329 Recording of plats. All final plats approved by the planning commission shall be recorded at the expense of the applicant in the office of the county clerk. A copy of all regulations and the official maps of each planning unit shall be filed with the appropriate agency as provided in this chapter, or as otherwise provided by law.
