72-53,114. Same; tax lid. The provisions of subsection (a) of K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 79-5040, and amendments thereto, shall not apply to the fund mill levy rate and aggregate levy rate limitations imposed by K.S.A. 72-53,113 et seq., and amendments thereto.
