72-17,136. Establishment and operation of programs; assistance; donations. The state board may provide for the state department of education to give technical advice and assistance to any board in connection with the establishment and operation of any food service program and may assist in training personnel therefor. The state board or any board may accept donations for use in connection with any food service program.
