65-4a03. License; annual renewal. Applicants for an annual license renewal shall file an application with the department and pay the license fee in accordance with K.S.A. 65-4a02, and amendments thereto. Applicants for an annual license renewal shall also be subject to a licensing inspection in accordance with K.S.A. 65-4a05, and amendments thereto.
