40-4353. Captive insurance act; citation. K.S.A. 40-4301 through 40-4304, 40-4306 through 40-4315, 40-4317 and 40-4318 and K.S.A. 2018 Supp. 40-4319 through 40-4353, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the captive insurance act.
