511.23 Penalties.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of section 511.22, or sections 515.8 to 515.10 and section 515.23 or failing to comply with any of the provisions therein, shall be subjected to the penalties provided in sections 507.10 and 507.12.
