Sec. 21. On or before March 31 each year, the corporation shall submit a report to the legislative council on the tax credit program under this chapter. The report must include information on the number of agreements that were entered into under this chapter during the preceding calendar year, a description of the project that is the subject of each agreement, an update on the status of projects under agreements entered into before the preceding calendar year, and the sum of the credits awarded under this chapter. The report shall be transmitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
