Sec. 3. The fund consists of:
(1) money deposited into the fund under IC 6-8.1-3-25;
(2) appropriations from the general assembly;
(3) grants, gifts, and donations intended for deposit in the fund;
(4) interest deposited into the fund under section 5 of this chapter; and
(5) loan repayments.
