Sec. 1.6. As used in this chapter, "local coordinating council" means a countywide citizen body approved and appointed by the Indiana commission to combat drug abuse established by IC 4-3-25-3 to plan, monitor, and evaluate comprehensive local alcohol and drug abuse plans.
