Sec. 2. (a) The sports wagering fund is established.
(b) The commission shall administer the fund.
(c) The fund consists of the following:
(1) Initial fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-4-5.
(2) Fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-6.
(3) Fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-7.
(4) Administrative fees deposited in the fund under section 1 of this chapter.
