Sec. 10. As used in this chapter, "neighborhood association" means each of the following, including any successors whether an incorporated or unincorporated association:
(1) The Butler-Tarkington neighborhood association.
(2) The Meridian Street foundation.
(3) The Meridian-Kessler neighborhood association.
(4) The Riverview-Kessler neighborhood association.
