Sec. 0.1. The addition of section 2 of this chapter by P.L.17-2001 applies only to a cause of action that accrues after June 30, 2001. The enactment of section 2 of this chapter by P.L.17-2001 may not be considered in determining liability for a cause of action that accrues before July 1, 2001.
