Sec. 8. "Principal" means:
(1) an individual, including an individual acting as a:
(A) trustee;
(B) personal representative; or
(C) fiduciary;
(2) a corporation;
(3) a limited liability company;
(4) a trust; or
(5) a partnership;
who signs a power of attorney granting powers to an attorney in fact.
