Sec. 7.5. "Eligible secondary school student" means a student, beginning with the cohort of students that is expected to graduate in the 2022-2023 school year, who:
(1) is enrolled in a secondary school in Indiana;
(2) completes and files a Free Application for Federal Student Aid; and
(3) meets any other criteria established by the commission.
