Sec. 10. Subject to IC 14-22-2-10, the minimum renewal fees for commercial fishing licenses are as follows:
(1) Class 1, three thousand dollars ($3,000).
(2) Class 2, six thousand dollars ($6,000).
(3) Class 3, nine thousand dollars ($9,000).
