Sec. 7. The division shall, not later than October 1 of each year, do the following:
(1) Perform, or have performed, an analysis of the data received under this chapter.
(2) Report the results of the data collection and analysis to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
(3) Publish the results of the data collection and analysis on the division's Internet web site.
