(30 ILCS 750/23-1) (from Ch. 127, par. 2723-1) Sec. 23-1. Wages of laborers, mechanics and other workers employed on all "public works" projects undertaken pursuant to contracts financed with appropriations from the Build Illinois Bond Fund or the Build Illinois Purposes Fund shall be subject to the provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act.
