(30 ILCS 188/1-1) Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the FY2011 Budget Implementation (Finance) Act. (Source: P.A. 96-959, eff. 7-1-10.)
(30 ILCS 188/1-5) Sec. 1-5. Purpose. It is the purpose of this Act to make changes in State programs that are necessary to implement the Governor's Fiscal Year 2011 budget recommendations concerning finance. (Source: P.A. 96-959, eff. 7-1-10.)
