These sections were omitted from the D.C. Code because D.C. Law 10-188, §§ 301 through 304 were not statutes in their own right, but rather amended §§ 47-1807.02, 47-1807.02a, 47-1808.03, 47-1808.03a, 47-2002, and 47-2002.02.
