The Connecticut Employment and Training Commission, in cooperation with the Commission on Women, Children and Seniors and the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, shall regularly collect and analyze data on state-supported training programs that measure the presence of gender or other systematic bias and work with the relevant boards and agencies to correct any problems that are found.
