On or before December 15, 2002, and on or before each December 15 thereafter, the commission shall prepare an annual report that includes, but is not limited to, the number of participants in the program, the amount of funds applied toward loan forgiveness, and the sources of those funds. The commission shall provide notice to the education committees of the senate and the house of representatives that the report is available to the members of the committees upon request.
