(1) An administrative unit may contract with an institution of higher education, or a community-centered board, as provided in section 25.5-10-206, C.R.S., for the provision by the administrative unit of an education and training program for children with disabilities. If an agreement is arrived at by the two agencies, the administrative unit shall place the responsibility for administering the program with the director of special education of the administrative unit.
(2) Repealed.
