It is the intent of the general assembly to fund all direct and indirect costs incurred in the implementation of this article with annual license and renewal fees. The director shall transmit all fees collected under this article to the state treasurer, who shall credit the same to the division of professions and occupations cash fund created by section 24-34-105, C.R.S.
