(a) Recommendations of the State Apprenticeship Coordination Steering Committee submitted to the Department of Career Education must be acted on and either accepted or rejected.
(b) A recommendation which is rejected must be returned immediately to the coordination committee, accompanied by written notice of the reasons for rejecting the recommendation.
