The State Board of Career Education is granted authority to accept gifts, grants, donations, equipment and materials, and bequests of money and real and personal property for the purposes of this section and §§ 6-51-201 -- 6-51-203 and 6-51-205, § 6-51-208(a)-(c), and §§ 6-51-209 and 6-51-210.
