The powers, authorities, and responsibilities of the Director of the Department of Finance and Administration relating to the acquisition of properties and to the supervision of all capital improvements, as defined in § 22-2-102, shall be in accordance with the schedules of supervision as provided in §§ 22-2-111 -- 22-2-113.
