A food service establishment which holds a current food service permit issued by the Division of Environmental Health Protection of the Department of Health under the provisions of §§ 20-57-102 and 20-57-201 -- 20-57-205 shall not be required to pay a fee or obtain a permit under the provisions of §§ 20-59-206 -- 20-59-211.
