(a) An applicant or licensee dissatisfied with the action of the Director of the Department of Arkansas State Police in denying, suspending, or revoking a license may appeal the decision of the director under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.
(b) The director may be represented in an appeal by the Attorney General or any of his or her assistants.
