The State Board of Barber Examiners is authorized to employ such other personnel as it deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, within such limits as may be provided by biennial appropriation of the General Assembly. All employees shall work under the direct supervision of the Executive Secretary of the State Board of Barber Examiners.
