(a)
(1) There is created the Arkansas Energy Office of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
(2)
(A) The executive head of this office shall be the Director of the Arkansas Energy Office.
(B) The Director of the Arkansas Energy Office shall be appointed by the Director of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality with the advice and consent of the Governor.
(b) The office shall consist of such sections as may be established by the Director of the Arkansas Energy Office, with the approval of the Director of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
