There is established a state vocational and technical school, to be known as the "Riverside Vocational and Technical School", to be operated by the Career Education and Workforce Development Board within the Department of Correction and the Department of Community Correction at such facilities of the Department of Correction and the Department of Community Correction as may be designated by the Department of Career Education in cooperation and agreement with the Board of Corrections.
