(a) The Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training may accept gifts, grants, donations, equipment and materials, and bequests of money or gratuities donated by private persons or corporations.
(b) All moneys received under subsection (a) of this section shall be deposited into the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy Cash Fund.
