(a)
(1) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
(2) Each day any employer neglects or refuses to comply with the provisions of this subchapter shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney to prosecute violations of this subchapter.
