6-112. Deputy superintendent; examiners; personnel
(L19, Ch. 252, sec. 7. Eff. 7/1/20)
Subject to title 41, chapter 4, article 4, the director:
1. Shall appoint a deputy superintendent who shall have the power and perform the duties of the superintendent. The deputy superintendent shall hold such appointment at the will and pleasure of the director.
2. May appoint such assistants as the director deems necessary whose powers are limited to the powers, duties or functions set forth in the appointment.
3. Shall appoint such examiners and other personnel as necessary.
