49-905. Rules; duty of director
The director of the department of environmental quality shall adopt rules governing hazardous waste disposal facilities established pursuant to this article. Rules issued under this section shall include provisions relating to:
1. The types and amounts of hazardous wastes to be accepted for disposal by hazardous waste disposal facilities established pursuant to this article.
2. Perpetual care as necessary and post-closure maintenance of hazardous waste disposal facilities established pursuant to this article.
