REPEALED IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2018-152 EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
(a) The following officers shall be elected at the first meeting of the council each calendar year:
(1) President, who shall serve as chair.
(2) A vice president.
(3) Secretary.
(4) Communication officer.
(5) A historian.
(b) Members of the council shall serve without compensation.
(c) Meetings of the council shall be open to the public.
