THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2018-506 IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
(a) Each violation of Section 13A-12-121 is a Class A misdemeanor.
(b) A violation of Section 13A-12-121.1 is a Class B felony.
