Each recipient institution shall report to the Department of Agriculture by October 1 of each fiscal year, the following information related to stakeholder input and recommendations:
Actions taken to seek stakeholder input that encourages their participation;
A brief statement of the process used by the recipient institution to identify individuals and groups who are stakeholders and to collect input from them; and
A statement of how collected input was considered.
