Eligible contributions are those expenses that:
Have not been or will not be reimbursed by any other source outside of the Recipient or other participating U.S. entity;
Are incurred during the period covered by the project agreement;
Are directly related to activities necessary to implement an approved project; and
Are not proscribed under § 1486.402.
Contributions must be included in a project's line item budget.
