CCC may approve a CMA to participate in the MAL and LDP program as:
Unconditionally approved; or
Conditionally approved.
If CCC determines a CMA is in substantial but not total compliance with the requirements of this part, CCC may make the approval conditional on the CMA achieving full compliance within a reasonable period of time, as specified in the notification of conditional approval.
A CMA is approved to participate in the MAL and LDP program until the CMA's approval is suspended or terminated by CCC.
