During the period that russet, red, yellow fleshed, and white types of potatoes are exempt from handling requirements under § 946.336, each person handling russet, red, yellow fleshed, and white types of potatoes shall submit a monthly report to the Committee by the 10th day of the month following the month such potatoes are handled. Each assessment report shall contain the following information:
The name and address of the handler;
The date and quantity of russet, red, yellow fleshed, and white types of potatoes handled;
The assessment payment due; and
Other information as may be requested by the Committee.
